Founded in 2018, Center Street Riviera’s principals share over five decades of collective experience and have worked together for more than 20 years. Chris Jenkins
Managing General Partner
Chris is an operator-investor with 25+ years building and scaling technology, consumer, and healthcare businesses. He has led healthcare platforms, doubled revenue in an automotive performance company, and created significant enterprise value during his tenure at Time Warner/AOL. A venture-backed founder earlier in his career, Chris holds a BS in Mechanical & Electrical Engineering (RPI) and an MBA from UCLA Anderson. Board work includes 280 Group, LineDrive, Sumo, and Wave Crest Capital.
Alex Wang
Managing General Partner
Alex is a career investor, banker, and entrepreneur who completed his first search fund in 2003. He scaled and sold a healthcare revenue-cycle business, doubled a healthcare publishing company before exit, and previously worked with Intel Capital, AIG Investment Corp., and JPMorgan Chase. He holds BA/BSBA degrees from Boston University (Phi Beta Kappa) and an MBA from UCLA Anderson. Board roles include EverOps, ILS, Lerner Solutions, LexShares, Prove Partners, and RedCat Systems.
Stephen Couig
Chief Executive Officer
Stephen is CEO of Center Street Lending and Manager of Center Street Lending Management, where he has overseen the acquisition and financing of billions in residential real estate. Under his leadership, revenue has grown more than 150% and profits over 300%. Previously, he was Executive Vice President in Morgan Stanley’s Equity Capital Markets Division, focusing on capital formation and syndicate management for real estate and hospitality companies, including REITs.
